How to find an e-mini futures symbol

If you have an E-mini subscription, just type in "ES.F" or "NQ.F" to get a chart for the nearest expiring month for the Nasdaq 100 or S&P 500 E-mini. More information on symbology is below.

1. To find the nearest expiring month of a future in IQ Chart, the format is:
   SM.F where SM = Symbol Root
2. To find a quote or chart for the contract month you are interested in, the format is:
   SMmy.F where SM = Symbol Root, m=Month, y=Year
