Monday, May 5th, 2008

Pulse 87 FM, a subsidiary of Mega Media Group, Inc. (OTCBB. MMDA) announced the launch of its new website portal, www.pulse87.com, and provided updates on its new advertising clients.

Pulse 87, New YorkÂ’s new Rhythmic Top 40 radio station, serves the five boroughs of New York, including New York City, Long Island, northern and central New Jersey, and southern Connecticut, providing premium content designed to appeal to the 18-49 music-listening demographic.

The website, www.Pulse87.com, has been reformatted and re-launched to appeal to this same listening group, and will provide viewers with the ability to stream live and get up-to-the-minute entertainment news, including upcoming events and live broadcasts. The newly redesigned web portal also allows listeners to participate in the music selections the station plays by making suggestions, and offers banner advertising to clients. Live streaming statistics for April increased to 131,264, or nearly 30 percent more than the 110,105 hits recorded in March.

Mega Media Group also announced that it has, through its Pulse 87 FM subsidiary, signed advertising contracts with major broadcast-market brands like Jive Records Alicia Keys, Ultra Records, JRA Music Group, NY Minute Group, Dr. Dello Russo, NYC Department of Corrections Recruitment, Webster Hall, Major Auto World, Country Lincoln Mercury, Free Style Fever, and other local direct advertisers.

Commenting on the announcement, Mega Media’s CEO Alex Shvarts noted, “We are very excited that Pulse 87 is starting to see increases in audience listening and recognition in our market. As a result of this growing popularity we are starting to see more recognized brands advertise on the station.”

Mega Media Group, Inc., operating through its seven subsidiaries, offers music recording, music production and distribution, video production, radio broadcasting, and custom music compilation via CD or DVD.

Thursday, May 8th, 2008

Pulse 87 FM, WNYZ-LP is a new radio station specifically targeted to the multi-racial and diverse mosaic of the five boroughs of New York City. The station has quickly become New YorkÂ’s hottest dance music radio station, playing top 40 hits, exclusive remixes and the hottest pop songs of today. In addition to broadcasting in NYC, the station also offers an elaborate, interactive website which allows fans worldwide to listen to live broadcasts.

The website, pulse87.com, has the latest breaking news and celebrity gossip as well as live chat, weather, contests, ringtones, music on demand and even two in-studio webcams. The station has attracted renowned New York City morning show hosts Star and Buc Wild from rivals Hot 97 and Power 105. The pair have arguably become the most compelling personalities in radio, with both acquiring ratings from the male, female, teen and adult demographic that have set historic precedents in New York.

Other important information like contest rules and contact information can also be found on the website. An online singles link is also provided to help with all of the hookups for listeners, as well as a link to Pulse 87Â’s myspace page. There you can meet and chat with hundreds of fellow listeners and also learn about the latest news and events in New York.

Listeners can log in and request a song to be played in the rotation via the website. Pulse 87 has you covered if you want to download the coolest new ringtones for your phone. If you hear a song you like, you can click on the Pulse 87 music store link and have instant access to millions of songs from sites like iTunes, Masterbeat.com and Beatport. The website does wonders for listeners and the station itself. Pulse 87 is a great new weapon in Mega Media GroupÂ’s arsenal.

Mega Media Group, Inc. (MMDA.OB) is Focused on Aggressively Growing its Business
Monday, May 5th, 2008
In recent news, Mega Media Group announced that it has executed an affiliate agreement with AmericaÂ’s #2 music store, Apple iTunes. This agreement will allow visitors of www.pulse87.com to download music that is currently playing on the radio station.

Along with this major announcement, the company also advised that it has inked an agreement with Spark Network Services, a provider of SMS and IVR mobile technology which also operates a leading, online, fee-based dating service. Pulse87 will strategically use Spark Network ServicesÂ’ SMS technology to distribute text messages regarding contests, voting and interactive services between listeners and on-air hosts.

The CEO of Mega Media Group, Alex Shvarts, stated, “We are actively branching out beyond radio broadcasting into ancillary activities that allow us to use our core business as a platform for new businesses. Our participation in the i-Tunes affiliate program allows our listeners to instantly purchase music they hear on air through our website while generating passive income for Mega Media.”

“Similarly, the SMS and interactive platform provided by Sparks Network Services gives us the opportunity to communicate more effectively with our listeners and customers, and allows us to enter into the growing and lucrative interactive mobile market,” he continued.

Most trading systems are based on historical formulas which have worked in the past. However, what has happened before may or may not happen again. You can lose all your money trading stocks, futures, and options and you must decide your own suitability as to whether or not to trade. Only trade with true risk capital you can afford to lose. Only trade markets you can properly afford to trade. Properly funded trading accounts typically perform better than those that are not. Never risk more than 2-3% of your account on any one trade. Always define your risk before entering a trade and place a stop to limit your risk.

There are no guarantees or certainties in trading. Trading involves hard work, risk, discipline and the ability to follow rules and trade through any tough periods during a system’s draw downs. If you are looking for a guarantee, trading is probably not for you. Most people lose money trading. One of the reasons is that they lack discipline and are unable to be consistent. A system can help you become consistent. Ironically, worrying about the monetary aspect of trading can contribute to and cause a trader to make trading errors. Therefore, it is important to only trade with true risk capital.
