Hi I need to know how to construct simple moving average envelopes with 4 day band. Pls advise. Also how should i construct more than 1 moving average indicator. Pls advise urgently thanks. Hi Lilly, first select "Chart->Preferences" from the top menu bar. Then select "Chart" tab from the left side and check "Multiple Overlay Instances" (yes option) - this will let you add as many overlays from the same type as you want to; hit "Ok" to apply. Also in the "Overlays" menu make sure you have selected "Multiple Overlays" option otherwise only the last added overlay will be plotted on the chart area. In that way you can select what type of overlay you want to add, and in many times. Also each overlay/indicator can have configurable parameters that can be viewed/edited by selecting "Chart Parameters" from the chart's context menu. You should use "Envelope" with "Moving Average" overlays. First add the overlays then go and configure the parameters for each of them. Discuss this article in the forum. ...thanks
