DELL closed at the day’s high of $14.79 after gaining over 3% on Thursday. With this, the stock decisively breached its 50 day MA on a closing basis of $14.35, thus signaling a bullish trend. This is after the stock had already moved above its 20 day MA and 200 day MA a couple of days earlier.

The stock may now face resistance at a higher level of $16.05, from where it started showing reversal in middle of November. Traders could think of buying DELL now and book profit, once it reaches $16.05.
