I have followed Pine Ridge Holdings, Inc. (PINR) since June 2008, and am impressed with this company and its forthright CEO, Kevin May. It is a holding company comprised of a few businesses including a health and fitness club with positive earnings, and a business that in my opinion has tremendous potential - ServeNation. ServeNation, established in May 2008, is a web site that allows not-for-profit organizations to set up an online store to sell gift cards. The not-for-profit earns a percentage of each gift card sold, and many major vendors and charities are already signed up and operating stores on ServeNation. A colleague prepared an analysis of PINR, which I feel is a beneficial read for all potential investors.

1. $1,200,000 in net annual revenues not including ServeNation.
2. December alone accounting for more than $100,000 in revenues for
ServeNation meaning its on the verge of being cash-positive.
3. Acoustech showing a 35% increase in revenue and has already become
a profitable venture.
4. The other holdings accounting for a 7% increase in total revenue.
5. The potential of SN is simply gigantic. There are more than 2
million registered non-profits and right now the store count is about
200. Plenty of room for more.
6. Negotiations with schools and churches to buy gift-cards from SN
which will increase store count quite rapidly and bring about
additional revenue!!
7. Honest and transparent CEO with regular updates on everything that
the company does.
8. Long term, if the revenues are what they are projected with
ServeNation, possibility of an uplist.
9. PPS way under-valued right now. The estimated PPS as per the
current revenue numbers :
1.2 million * 4 (conservative P/E ratio) / 1.2 billion outstanding
shares = .004
10. CEO has promised a dividend after the sale of SN which itself
could be in the range of .002 as per earlier estimates.
I am a long-term holder of this stock and in my opinion it would be an excellent high growth stock for any portfolio.
