Brite-Strike Technologies, Inc. (BSTI.PK) Weekly Recap 8/15/08
Brite-Strike Technologies, Inc. (BSTI.PK) Core Product Gives Law Enforcement Numerous Life-Saving Features
Friday, August 15th, 2008
Brite-Strike Technologies, Inc. (OTC: BSTI) is a tactical safety product company that was created by two police officers with the intention to develop LED flashlights that possessed the features needed by police officers and citizens to keep them safe. Their innovative and flawless white light flashlights  which come in various sizes and weights  are used to temporarily blind and disorient a suspect or attacker, providing police officers and citizens with added safety. The company only manufactures tactical LED flashlights with the latest Luxeon® LED and EMP chip technology, as older LED and incandescent lighting technology cannot compare.

In the past, numerous police departments came under public scrutiny when officers used their heavy metal flashlights for beating suspects. Many police departments and law enforcement agencies have now abandoned those heavy-duty flashlights. This series of events led to having the old flashlights replaced with lightweight flashlights that are small but very bright, with the ability to be used as a self-defense mechanism to disorient an attacker.
Brite-Strike Technologies, Inc. designed the Brite-Strike Tactical Blue-Dot Patrol Officer flashlight series specifically for officers. The flashlights are made from milled aircraft aluminum, making them significantly lighter and easier to handle. They have a unique three-sided body for an ergonomic grip, with a front and rear Tri-Strike crown for maximum impact for pressure-point and weapon-retention techniques. The flashlights utilize the latest version of electronic power management (EPM), and are all made from LED lights that hold more than 100,000 hours of use so no bulb replacement is necessary.
Compared to an ordinary flashlight, the Brite-Strike beam is a brilliant white light with a wider spread for flood effect. This results in an entire area of a vehicle on a stop being illuminated, and allows the officer to quickly look for weapons, drugs, or someone trying to hide inside the vehicle. If a police officer is attacked, the white light has the ability to temporarily blind and disorient a subject during a hostile situation. With a quick click of the end cap switch, the light switches to a low setting for use as a normal flashlight. The end cap switch is flush, preventing accidental power switches from on to off.
Bright Strike Tactical Illumination Products Inc. (BSTI.PK) Lands a Full Page Ad in USA Today
Wednesday, August 13th, 2008
On August 13, 2008, USA Today magazine devoted an entire page to Bright Strike Tactical Illumination Products Incorporated, a company devoted to the manufacturing and sales of tactical police flashlights, citizen safety lights and personal protection systems. Bright Strike's products are already in use by many satisfied customers, including members of all four military branches, FBI and CIA agents, and thousands of women concerned with safety and self-defense.
The market potential for this product is huge and includes the 650,000+ uniformed police officers in the US as well as military personnel and women seeking personal security. The company's products are on sale not only at their website but Herringtons, BJ's, Loews and other retail stores. All products are made from world-class components using the latest technology and are held to the highest design and manufacturing standards. They even feature a tri-sided barrel and crown for a more ergonomic grip and maximum impact pressure for extreme situations.
The products offer a new alternative for law enforcement officials to subdue suspects in a less-than-lethal manner. The personal protection line offers a flawless beam of white light in a small and convenient size with the goal of keeping women safe. Bright Strike is a major advocate of the campaign to stop violence against women, and their seven-piece personal protection system is designed to do just that. The easy-to-store (and use) light can momentarily blind and disorient attackers, giving victims time to escape. Last year over 900,000 women were attacked at night in the US. Bright Strike hopes to help greatly reduce that number and improve the odds of women fighting back.

Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products, Inc. (BSTI.PK) is in the Process of Becoming a Fully Reporting OTCBB Company
Tuesday, August 12th, 2008
Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products, Inc. (BSTI.PK) is making a move to become a fully reporting OTCBB company. Brite-Strike announced that it is now in the process of completing its 15C-2-11 Information and Disclosure Statement to be filed with the Pink Sheets website.
Glenn Bushee, President of Brite-Strike, stated, Brite-Strike can reach a greater investor audience, further its strategic goals and enhance shareholder value by becoming a fully reporting company. We have the infrastructure in place to make this move, and I believe it is an important step for us to take as we begin to execute the early phase of our strategic business plan to drive growth and market reach of our unparalleled, non-lethal protection devices to an increasing number of police, military and civilians.
Brite-Strike was founded by Bushee and Jon Neal, who are police officers. The two would often patrol at night and felt the need for a better designed flashlight. The officers worked together and soon designed their first prototype. Their efforts have developed into a Brite-Strike, which is dedicated to developing and manufacturing the latest in tactical illumination tools.
The company's Tactical Blue-Dot Series is being used by a number of units in the United Stated Marine Corps and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The high-performance flashlights use the latest Philips Lumileds Luxeon® technology to produce an ultra-bright light that can temporarily disorient and impair the vision of a suspect. The unique design of the flashlights is not only shockproof and waterproof, but also incorporates defensive crowns on both ends that provide the user with maximum impact during defensive situations.
The company has branched out and developed products for personal citizens. Their patented Lightening Strike Personal Protection System emits an ear-piercing personal alarm along with a high-intensity flashing strobe light to deter the approach of potential attackers. The system was specifically designed for women, senior citizens, students and other citizens wanting an easy-to-use personal protection system.
Brite-Strike had previously only been available via word-of-mouth, the company website, or a number of high-end catalogs including Frontgate and Herrington. The company recently entered into agreements with several retailers, including BJ's Wholesale Clubs, Lowes.com and Amazon.com, to carry the Brite-Strike products.
According to its founders, every day that we go on duty, we use and rely on the same lights that we sell to our customers. What a great statement on their confidence in their product. Brite-Strike builds products designed by police officers for police officers.
Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products, Inc. (BSTI.PK) Serves as Key Sponsor of the New York Law Enforcement Expo
Monday, August 11th, 2008
Brite-Strike Technologies (BSTI.PK) recently served as a key sponsor of the New York Law Enforcement Expo held at the Jacob K. Javits Center. Glenn Bushee and Jon Neal, police officers and co-founders of Brite-Strike, were on-site at the two-day expo demonstrating Brite-Strike's line of tactical LED flashlights.
Representatives from local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies attended the second annual two-day expo to check the latest in law enforcement technology, including Brite-Strike's flagship line of tactical flashlights and safety equipment. According to the New York Times, the expo was almost like Christmas in July for all the law enforcement personnel.
The Brite-Strike Tactical Blue-Dot line is currently being utilized by a number of governmental agencies, the military, SWAT teams and other law enforcement agencies. The series has a patented Lightning Strike Personal Protection System that combines a high-intensity flashing strobe light with a loud ear-piercing personal alarm. The protection system was designed specifically for women, seniors, students, and other individuals who want an easy-to-deploy personal protection system. Law enforcement can also apply the protection system during traffic stops or other circumstances to temporarily disorient a subject, which increases an officer's level of safety.
The design of the Blue-Strike Tactical Blue-Dot line of flashlights includes a body that is CNC machine milled from a solid bar of aircraft grade aluminum, a mil spec class III hard-anodized black finish, and a recessed (or flush) tactical end-cap that prevents accidental activation. Both the front and rear of the flashlights contain a defensive crown that provides maximum impact when used during weapon retention situations.
The tactical line of flashlights is also equipped with a reverse fast draw pocket clip that provides an officer with the ability to quickly draw from a duty belt, BDU pocket, or epaulet. The design allows for quick and easy placement onto an epaulet, even when using a gloved weaker hand. The flashlights also have a shockproof and waterproof design to hold up to daily and extended use.
Previously, the Brite-Strike products were only available via word-of-mouth, the company's website, or a handful of high-end catalogs. The company has recently signed agreements with a number of retailers, including Lowes.com, Amazon.com, and BJ's Wholesale Clubs, to carry the Brite-Strike line of products.
Bushee stated, The safety of our fellow officers is paramount and it's the whole reason we designed this product to begin with. We welcome any opportunity to get our equipment into the hands of those who need it most. Plus, these experienced professionals provide us with useful feedback on the light's design, ease-of-use and effectiveness.
